Frequently Asked Questions

We rent a variety of party equipment such as inflatable waterslides, combos, generators, bubble houses, and disco houses. 

 You must call to reserve and pay a deposit over the phone in order for the reservation to be complete. Day of delivery, our delivery team will call or text you with a 30 minute heads up when they’re on the way. Our delivery team will fully set up the unit and complete any teaching that needs to be done. Approximately two days later, our pick up team will come out and pick up the unit. You do not need to do anything.

At time of reservation, we require a $50 deposit that is taken out of the full balance for your reservation. If you choose to cancel, you are forfeiting your deposit. We typically do not allow paying in full for the rental in advance, but if you do so, you will get a refund for the entire rental minus the deposit in the event of cancellation. In the event of extraordinarily bad weather and rentals are unable to go out for the entirety of the rented period, (i.e; hurricane), deposit will be refunded.
